About us

Vidya Gramodyog Sewa Samiti is a registered Society under Society Registration Act with Registration No 705/1997-98 registered under section 21 1860. We are working in multifarious ways in different fields for the upliftment of society in multidimensional ways.

To undertake all such activities that would promote charges and transformation in the society in the area related to health, Environment, Education, Culture and social economic reforms for sustainable uncountable development.

To develop a society for conducting programs of welfare and development of commons with emphasis on socially deprived categories including SC, ST, OBC, Women, Children Aged & Handicapped.

To take up projects/programs on research, publication & documentation on welfare & development.

To take up programs on rule development health & sanitation. Training & education, awareness generation, rehabilitation of special need group programs of social defend, environment protection & Allied programs.

 To Establish and run training and educational institution, homes for children, women and aged, health care units, dedication centers documentation units & such other center/units for welfare & Development.

To take up programs of entrepreneurship development, SHGs, Socio-economic programmers, Khadi & Village Industry & other production and marketing activities in collaboration with financing institutions for the benefit of poor especially women, SC, ST & Physically handicapped.

To take up the programs of welfare and development in collaboration with individuals and agencies of local national & International Level.

To organize programs to, culture, handicrafts, health, environment, panchayat Raj, Youth & Sports & encourage people's participation in all spheres of welfare and development.

To establish and operate library, study center and information Centre in rural area and also legal aid center for poor and needy people.

To take up such other programs/projects as may be decided by the Executive Body from time to time.

To work and arrange different activities and programmes for the development of Computer Education and Information Technology irrespective of caste, color, sex creed and religion.

To seek and cultivate new knowledge and promote the knowledge of Computer Education and all its allied fields a so provide opportunities of t-education and practical s etc.  

To start, establish, run, take over, manage and maintain schools and institute to provide sound Computer Education also approach for recognition & affiliation from Education Departments and/or concerned Govt. authorities.

To open, found, establish, promote set up, run, maintain, assist, finance, and or aid and help in the setting up the different kinds of educational institute schools, lecture halls and other establishments or institutions for the advancement of Computer Education and all other useful suggests relating to computer education and Information Technology.

To start, establish, run, takeover or manage and maintain schools, with an object to provide sound pre-primary, primary, secondary, senior secondary and higher education to children by seeking recognition and affiliation from concerned Govt. Authorities/authority.

To open found, establish, promote, set up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and/or aid and help in the setting up the different kinds of research activities programmes pojects on Information Technology and Computer Education.

To conduct examination relating to different courses of computer education and also coaching classes for preparation of the various competitive examination.

To provide Stationary, Libraries, Reading Rooms, Hostels and Transportation and other required facilities to the students and also to the members of the society,To award prizes to encourage the students in respect of educational, vocational or technical training courses administered and carried out by the society,To start various computer Education Programmes (Lake GRAMEEN COMPUTER SAKSHARTA    MISSION    and/or    NAGREEY    COMPUTER   SAKSHARTA MISSION).

To establish Institutes and Colleges of I.T.I., MBA, BCA, Bed, and other Management courses after getting permission from the competent authorities.<br>To establish training institutions /centers like cutting, tailoring, beauty parlor, mahandi , sewing , waving, cooking and designing etc.

To provide free Computer Education and also the Information Technology Education to the Handicapped and to the candidates/students who belongs to the backward areas of India

To engage, employ or hire appropriate staff, instructors, engineers, workers legal and/or professionals, attorneys, mangers and agents for the work and prtherance of the aims and objects of the society and to pay their wages, salaries stipends or fees.

To invite applications from various institutions for the Franchise to use the name of society.

To approach the computer court/court to safeguard the right of members of the society and also the rights of students of the Institutes run by the society.

To receive financial and non-financial assistance from Govt. Non Govt. Organization, International Agencies, Banks and any other legal entity or individual.

To accept donations, grants presents, gifts, and other offerings in the shape of moveable and/or immovable properties for the attainment of the aims and objects of the society.

To purchase/acquire the lazy and/or the building in the name of the society for the upliftment and fulfillment of the Aims and Objects of the society.

To erect, construct, alter, maintain, sell, lease, mortgage, transfer, improve, develop, manage and control all or any part of the property or the building of the above society necessary or convenient for the purpose of the attainment of the Aims and Object the society.

To do such other things/acts/act (cities which are necessary and wr incidental or conducive to the attainment of any. of the object of the society.

All the acts/activities/programs shall be Non Profitable and shall be done on No Profit No loss bases..

All the incomes, earnings, moveable/or immovable properties of the society solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only safe? forth in the Memorandum of the society and no profit thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present or the past members of the society or to any person claiming through any one or more of the present or the past members. No members of the society shall have any personal claim on any moveable or immovable properties of the society or make any profits, whatsoever, by virtue of this membership.
